Purpose and Effect:
The subject application is requesting relief from Section 12.2.1 of the Perth East Zoning By-law to reduce the minimum corner lot area for a single detached dwelling from 560 m2 to 540.6 m2. The requested relief will recognize the reduced lot area as a result of consent application B14-2026.
Notice of Decision:
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in respect of this application, you must submit a written request to the Committee of Adjustment. This will also entitle you to be advised of a possible Ontario Land Tribunal hearing in the event the decision on this application is appealed.
