Program Registration

Perth East Recreation & Community Services offers convenient ways to register for programs! You can register online using our Univerus online registration software!

Register for our Programs with Univerus

Registering online is easy! Follow the steps below or contact the PERC for assistance. 

  1. Create an account- This account will enable you to register for programs as well as access any past online registration transactions.
  2. Choose a program- Login with your new account, choose the appropriate menu and select the program you would like to register in. Complete all required fields. If you are registering for more than one cart continue to add programs to cart and then check out once complete. 
  3. Use our secure check out to pay easily by VISA or Mastercard. 
  1. Create a Family Member Account to add children to your account when initially creating an account.
  2. Adding children to account after creation
    • Log into your account
    • Under ‘My Account’ select “Family Members”
    • Select “Add New Family Member”

Call/ Email the Recreation & Community Development Coordinator to register (contact info on the right)

Forgot Login Information

  • Go to the My Account Page
  • Select “Click here to retrieve your Account Information”
  • Enter the required information and complete the security check.

If you require further information please call the PERC at 519-595-8375.

If you are looking for program receipts for tax return, reference etc. follow the steps below.

  1. Login into your account
  2. Select ‘My Account’
  3. Select ‘Account or History” 
  4. For Account- all statements should be listed. 
  5. For History- use filters to find the correct information you are looking for. 

What type of payments are accepted?

  1.  In person registration
    • Cash, cheque, debit
  2. Online registration
    • Mastercard or VISA

Programs will be cancelled due to low or no registration. Any programs cancelled by Perth East Recreation will be given a full refund.
