Public Notice
Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Township of Perth East is reviewing the Fees and Charges By-law which sets out costs for a wide variety of municipal services. This review will include fees imposed for application for a building permit, Pursuant to Section 7. (1) (c) of the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O., 1992, c.23 and Building Code, (O. Reg. 332/12).
The proposed by-law will be posted to the Municipal Website no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 16, 2026, as part of the Council agenda package.
Public Meeting
To Consider Change In Fees:
A Public Meeting to consider the change in fees will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 25 Mill Street East, Milverton, during the Regular Meeting of Council. This shall serve as Public Notice in Compliance with Section 7 (6) of the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c.23
