Purpose and Effect:
The purpose of the subject application is for relief from the Perth East Zoning By-law section 9.2.5 to reduce the minimum exterior side yard width from 7.5 m to 5.2 m for a residential dwelling. The noted relief will facilitate the construction of an 89 m2 addition to the existing residence.
Notice of Decision:
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in respect of this application, you must submit a written request to the Committee of Adjustment. This will also entitle you to be advised of a possible Ontario Land Tribunal hearing in the event the decision on this application is appealed.
