Purpose and Effect: The subject application is requesting relief from Section 10.2 of the Perth East Zoning By-law to reduce the minimum required exterior side yard width from 3.0 m to 2.0 m and to increase the maximum lot coverage from 35% to 35.7%. The noted relief will facilitate the construction of a building addition to the existing Country Market.
Notice of Decision:
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in respect of this application, you must submit a written request to the Committee of Adjustment. This will also entitle you to be advised of a possible Ontario Land Tribunal hearing in the event the decision on this application is appealed.
