Purpose and Effect:
The subject application is requesting relief from Section 5.25.4 (c) i) (a) to increase the size of an additional residential unit located within the same building as the primary residential unit from 125 m2 to 185.2 m2. The noted relief will facilitate the construction of a dwelling containing a primary and additional residential unit.
Notice of Decision:
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in respect of this application, you must submit a written request to the Committee of Adjustment. This will also entitle you to be advised of a possible Ontario Land Tribunal hearing in the event the decision on this application is appealed.
