Any person may express their support, opposition or comments relating to this application.
Purpose and Effect: The subject application is requesting relief from Section 9.4.15 (c) to reduce the westerly interior side yard width from 18 m to 10 m and relief from Section 9.4.15 (d) to reduce the rear yard depth from 30 m to 15 m. The subject application is also requesting relief from Section 5.1.3 to increase the accessory structure height from 5 m to 7 m. The noted relief will facilitate the construction of a 70 m2 detached garage.
Notice of Decision:
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in respect of this application, you must submit a written request to the Committee of Adjustment. This will also entitle you to be advised of a possible Ontario Land Tribunal hearing in the event the decision on this application is appealed.
