Purpose and Effect: The subject application is proposing relief from Section 6.3.3.2 of the Perth East Zoning By-law to reduce the front yard depth from 15 m to 9.9 m and to reduce the rear yard depth for a dwelling from 7.5 m to 4.5 m.
The subject application is also proposing relief from Section 5.1.3 and Section 6.3.3.2 of the Perth East Zoning By-law to permit an accessory structure to be located in a front yard with a reduced front yard depth from 15 m to 6.7 m, and to reduce the required rear yard depth from 7.5 m to 5.6 m. The noted relief will facilitate the replacement and expansion of the existing residential dwelling and the construction of an accessory shed.
Notice of Decision:
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in respect of this application, you must submit a written request to the Committee of Adjustment. This will also entitle you to be advised of a possible Ontario Land Tribunal hearing in the event the decision on this application is appealed.
