Purpose and Effect: The subject application is requesting relief from Section 14.2.10 of the Perth East Zoning By-law to reduce the minimum floor area for an apartment dwelling from 55 m2 to 47 m2 and relief from Section 5.21 of the Perth East Zoning By-law to reduce the minimum planting strip width from 1.5 m to 0.82 m along the rear property line and from 1.5 m to 1.3 m along the west property line. The noted relief will facilitate the construction of an apartment dwelling.
Notice of Decision:
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in respect of this application, you must submit a written request to the Committee of Adjustment. This will also entitle you to be advised of a possible Ontario Land Tribunal hearing in the event the decision on this application is appealed.
