Purpose and Effect: The subject application is requesting relief from Section 6.4 of the Perth East Zoning By-law to reduce the Minimum Distance Separation requirement to manure storage at 2340 Line 40 from 584 m (1916 ft) to 507 m (1663 ft) and to reduce the Minimum Distance Separation requirement to a livestock barn from 537 m (1762 ft) to 495 m (1624 ft). The noted relief will facilitate the construction of a new residential dwelling.
Notice of Decision:
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in respect of this application, you must submit a written request to the Committee of Adjustment. This will also entitle you to be advised of a possible Ontario Land Tribunal hearing in the event the decision on this application is appealed.
