Any person may express their support, opposition or comments relating to this application.
Purpose and Effect: The subject application is requesting relief from Section 5.1.3 of the Perth East Zoning By-law to increase the maximum lot area for an accessory structure from 7.5% to 10.6% and to increase the maximum building height for an accessory structure from 5 m to 5.29 m. The noted relief will facilitate the construction of a 141.2 m2 (15,20 ft2) accessory structure on the subject lands.
Notice of Decision:
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in respect of this application, you must submit a written request to the Committee of Adjustment. This will also entitle you to be advised of a possible Ontario Land Tribunal hearing in the event the decision on this application is appealed.
