Any person may express their support, opposition or comments relating to this application.
Purpose and Effect: The subject application is requesting relief from Section 6.3.3.1 of the Perth East Zoning By-law to reduce the minimum interior side yard width for buildings and structures accessory to an agricultural use from 10 m to 6 m. The requested relief will facilitate the construction of a size 668.9 m2 (7200 ft2) agricultural barn for farm storage.
Notice of Decision:
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in respect of this application, you must submit a written request to the Committee of Adjustment. This will also entitle you to be advised of a possible Ontario Land Tribunal hearing in the event the decision on this application is appealed.
