Perth East Recreation & Community Services offers two convenient ways to register for recreation programs.
Register online using our ACTIVE Net registration software.
- Register in person or over the phone at the Perth East Recreation Complex.
How to Register:
Registering online is easy! Follow the steps below or contact the PERC for assistance.
- Create an account- This account will enable you to register for programs as well as access any past online registration transactions.
- Choose a program- Login with your new account, choose the appropriate menu and select the program you would like to register in. Complete all required field and add to cart. If you are registering for more than one cart continue to add programs to cart and then check out once complete.
- Use our secure check out to pay easily by VISA or Mastercard.

- Under 'My Account' select "Edit Account'

What type of payments are accepted?

Why am I getting the message my 'participant does not meet age requirement'? |
This message will appear at the bottom of your registration screen if you are trying to register a participant that does not meet the age requirement. The age requirement for each program will be listed under the 'Requirements' of the program. The most common occurrence in this situation is that the name of the registrant you are registering is the parent and not the child. Please make sure you add all participants to your family upon registering your account and select them from the drop down menu 'Name of Registrant' before trying to register them for a program as shown below.

I have added all my family members but they are not showing up on my account? |
In this occurs you may not have saved the information after entering it on your account. Please ensure once you have entered a new family member you select 'Continue' at the bottom of the screen and then 'Submit' once the second screen pops up. Please see the video below for a tutorial of adding participants. |
Program Cancellation |
Programs will be cancelled due to low or no registration. Any programs cancelled by Perth East Recreation will be given a full refund. |
