Throughout Perth East, there are a few halls and meeting rooms available.
| Shakespeare Optimist Hall |
The Shakespeare and District Optimist Hall is located at 3976 Galt Street in Shakespeare. The Hall is managed and operated by the Shakespeare Optimist Club. The large hall can be used for wedding receptions, family gatherings, buck'n doe, community events and sporting activities. The Shakespeare Park is also located on the same property. | Sebringville Community Centre |
 The Sebringville Community Centre and Park is located at 302 Huron Road in Sebringville, and is owned and operated by the Sebringville Athletic Association. The park features 2 ball diamonds, a playground and a community centre. The Sebringville Community Centre includes:

| Kinkora Community Centre |

The Kinkora Park and Kinkora Community Centre are located at 4596 Road 145 in the village of Kinkora. The park and community centre are home to the Kinkora Athletic Association. The community centre has a kitchen and meeting room. The park and community centre are not owned by the Township. |
| Rostock Hall |
The Rostock Hall is the former Ellice Township Office, located at 4817 Line 46 in Rostock and is owned and managed by the Optimist Club of Ellice. There are meeting rooms and a hall available for community groups and families to hold meetings and gatherings. Adjacent to the Hall is Quinlan Park, which can also be rented out for events. | Millbank Arts & Heritage Society |

This facility, formerly the United Church in Millbank, is great for family gatherings and community meetings. The hall is air conditioned with tables, chairs, sound system, and kitchen facilities available. The hall can seat up to 100 people. Located at 6988 Church St, Millbank. | Perth East Recreation Complex |
|
The PERC is great for meetings, family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings, and sporting activities. The PERC has a banquet hall, which can hold up to 400 people, and can be divided off for smaller gatherings. The Auditorium is great for meetings and smaller family gatherings.
