One of the simplest ways to pay your property taxes is through a pre-authorized payment plan. Both taxes and water can be set up to be deducted from your bank account on the due dates. Property taxes can also be set up for a monthly deduction. The monthly plan, when started in January, will deduct 10 equal instalments from your bank account on the 15th of the month. This amount is determined by taking the previous year's taxes and dividing them by 10. The November deduction is the balance between the previous year's taxes and current year's taxes. You can start this plan at any time of the year and we would simply adjust the payments by however many months are remaining. |
