RE: Closing and Sale of the “Victoria Street” road allowance lying between Perth Road 121 and Elgin Street, Township of Perth East (Mornington Ward), County of Perth
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Perth East proposes to enact a by-law to stop up, close and sell the following lands:
1. Description:
A portion of Victoria Street within Registered Plan 261, Millbank.
2. Council Consideration
AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT the sale agreement is to the satisfaction of Council and that the proposed by-law will come before Council of the Township of Perth East at its regular meeting at the Township Office at 25 Mill Street East, Milverton ON, N0K 1M0 on the 6th day of May 2025 at 7:00 PM.

Copies of this Plan are available for inspection at the Township office.
