Acceptable Materials for Recycling

Our recycling program allows Perth East residents to recycle a large variety of household materials conveniently.  The most effective roadside recycling program consists where residents participate at the maximum levels possible and follow all the procedures established in the program to insure that all the materials are fully recycled and not diverted to our landfill.

We ask that you place only acceptable materials in you blue bins. For a list of acceptable materials for recycling, please click here.

If you require additional blue boxes they are available at the Municipal office for a small fee. If your existing box is damaged, please bring it in and we will replace it for a new one free of charge.
