Appearing as a Delegation

If you wish to appear as a delegation of Council or provide information for inclusion with a Council Agenda, please note the following:

You will be required to notify the Municipal Clerk, no later than noon the Wednesday prior to the regular Council meeting. 

Delegations wishing to address Council on a matter are required to complete a Delegation Request Form and provide a written outline identifying the subject matter and the general nature of the request.  Through the completion of the delegation request form, information provided will assist to confirm that a time slot is available and has been reserved for a specific date and item.

Delegations are limited to a maximum of ten minutes.
